The Annual General Meeting for Membership and their invited guests will take place at The West Stafford Village Hall at 1130 on Saturday 30th May 2026. A light lunch will be provided in the form of sandwiches and liquid refreshment. A suggested donation of £5 would be appreciated.

All members are strongly encouraged to attend as there has been a great deal of activity during the past 12 months which the Committee are very keen to publicise to all members. A decision has been made not to include any visiting speakers on this occasion so that this briefing to members can take priority. However, it is very much hoped that additional events and relevant and interesting presentations might take place throughout the year.
